| Privacy Policy |
| We recognize your need for control of personally identifiable information
that you share with us. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with

of completing that order, and controlling fraudulent use of credit cards. Once the order is fulfilled,
the information remains in our accounting software to validate users who request a replacement key file
lost during a hard drive crash or other problem. In order to complete the process of your order we do
provide some information to the central Germany RAR site for purposes of generating your key file. This
information does not include any credit card or payment information, just information to allow us to
validate your the proper owner during a replacement key request (name, address, city, state, and zip). |
|
| Sharing |
| We will not provide, sell or lease your personally identifiable information
to any third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. We may share your information
with our business partners/entities in order to satisfy your business needs. We are committed to giving
you the choice of whether or not your information can be used for additional purposes such as direct
marketing |

barter, trade, offer, lend, disclose, etc., your information. |
|
| Online Shopping |
With the online shopping trend increasing on the Internet, shoppers have
come to love the ease and convenience. Also, new advancements in security are making the experience as
safe as placing orders over the telephone. For example, it is technologically easier for a thief to steal
your credit card information by either tapping your phone line or stealing the information from the carbon
copy of your receipt than it is to steal similar information from our online transactions. Additionally,
it is a better use of a hackers time to compromise an online database to obtain credit card information than
to try to wait for the packets to cross the internet in a fraction of a second.
Additionally, federal law protects online transactions handled by credit cards -- you are protected
from fraudulent charges by law. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable
for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. |

| How can I tell if this is a secure connection (SSL)? |
| In Netscape Navigator 3.0 and earlier, the key icon in the lower
left corner of the browser, which is normally broken, is made whole. In Netscape Navigator 4.0
and later and in Microsoft Internet Explorer, the normally open padlock icon becomes shut. |

| Best Practices |
| Any machine today should have anti-virus software loaded on it, and updated
signature files at least on a weekly basis. All of our machines are on a daily schedule to update the
programs and signature files as necessary. Further, if you run any Microsoft software, then you should
know that the need to obtain patches to that software is critical, as your machine can be compromised without
your knowledge. Visit Microsoft's Windows Update site to obtain the neceesary critical updates for your
computer. We install these critical updates when available and schedule a reboot to ensure that the patches
get installed. All of this ensures that the machines are not compromised and customer data is exposed. |

at any time, but we will not do so without posting the modified policies on our website. We encourage you
to review our Privacy and Security Policies whenever you visit our website so you'll always understand how
your information will be used. |
