| A: Normally the license keys are delivered within 10 minutes of you placing your order. However,
since the key generation system is not on our servers, delays can occur up to 24 hours to get your license key. If you have not
received your license key within 24 hours, please contact us using the link on the left and reference your order number. Back to top |

| Q: Do I have to reinstall when I register? | |
| A: You do not have to reinstall when you license your current version of WinRAR. You also do not
have to uninstall the product when you install an upgrade. The trial version you downloaded is the full version of the product.
The license key being present in the program folder will enable the remaining features not available during the trial. There is
not a "licensed" and "unlicensed" version of the program itself. Back to top |

| Q: How much does it cost to upgrade WinRAR from an older version? | |
| A: Free! Upgrades are provided at no additional charge. Just download
and install the latest version (preserving your RARREG.KEY file). Normally you can just install the newest

| A: Nothing. Unliked our competitor products, WinRAR does not have a yearly fee, and we do not

| Q: What's the difference between buying and registering? | |
| A: Registering RAR products occurs through purchase of a key file that
makes your demo version of RAR into the full version. So once you purchase a copy from us, the key file
will register the software to you. NOTE: If all you need to do is extract some RAR files

| Q: Will I receive a CD from my purchase at BuyRAR.com? | |
| A: You can optionally purchase a CD when you buy a license for WinRAR. The default method is email delivery
only, and in that case you will not receive anything in the mail. If you purchased a CD, you will receive a tracking or delivery confirmation
number when the product ships (usually within 1-2 business days of placing your order).

| Q: If I lost my registration information, can I get a replacement key? | |
| A: Yes. Contact the site your originally purchased it from or use the "Lost Key" link on the left menu.
When we receive your request we will look through our records to find your order, so be sure to provide enough information or the
delivery of your keys will be delayed. Normally the process takes a few days to send a replacement license key.
It is highly recommended you backup those key files, as they are unique to you.

| Q: I have several operating systems on 1 computer that I boot between. Do I have to have a separate key for each OS? | |
| A: No. If you have Windows 2000, Linux, and DOS on the same computer and you boot between them, you
do not need to re-register each OS. If you had OS/2 and Windows 2000 on the same computer that you booted between, you would have
to buy separate keys, as they are unique license keys.
